Volutio is committed to protecting your privacy. This privacy statement applies to the data collected by Volutio through the software named ikordo (the "Software"); it does not apply to data collected through other online or offline Volutio sites, products or services.
We will ask you when we need information that personally identifies you or allows us to contact you. On Volutio's servers, the personal information we store on your behalf includes your name, email address and optionally your mobile phone number.
We store on our servers the name, email address and optionally the mobile phone number of those persons with whom you are arranging meetings. This information is stored for the sole purpose of providing you with the ikordo service and is not used for any marketing purposes.
The ikordo software uses cookies to save information. Cookies are pieces of data which are created when you first log in to the ikordo service and are used to identify users of a website and to store information about the state of the service. The cookie will not allow a website to learn any personally identifiable information (such as your name and address) that you have not otherwise given to us. The cookie will also not track your visits to or from any other web sites.
If you do not accept incoming cookies, the ikordo service may not perform to its full capability on your system, or it may not perform at all.
The personal information collected by the ikordo service will be used to provide the service(s) or carry out the transaction(s) you have requested or authorized.
In support of these uses, Volutio may use personal information to provide you with more effective customer service, to improve the Software and any related Volutio software or services, and to make the Software easier to use by customizing the Software to your particular preference or interests and eliminating the need for you to repeatedly enter the same information.
We may also use your personal information to provide you with important information about the product or service that you are using, including critical updates and notifications.

Except as otherwise described in this statement, personal information you provide through the Software will not be shared outside of Volutio and its controlled subsidiaries and affiliates without your permission. Once you have given your consent for us to share your personal information, you can revoke that consent at any time by written notice to Volutio.
Please be aware that this privacy statement and any choices you make through the Software will not necessarily apply to personal information you may have provided to Volutio in the context of other, separately operated, Volutio software or services.

For example, we store the personal information you provide on computer servers with limited access that are located in controlled facilities. We encourage you to periodically review this privacy statement to stay informed about how we are helping to protect the personal information we collect.
All information collected via the ikordo service is stored and used in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act 1998 and all other applicable data protection legislation.
