Contact SupportOnce you have started using ikordo, everything should be really simple to use. But, if you still need some guidance on what to do, there is a help system available within ikordo. Click on the 'Help' button to get specific information about the screen you are on.
Yes it is. You may plan as many meetings as you want to, and there will be no fees for using ikordo to do all of the hard work for you.
No. ikordo does not require your invitees use any specific email system, calendar, or to sign-up for the service. ikordo will work with them via e-mail, so they need only reply to the message from ikordo. Your attendees can sign-up for ikordo if they would like to add their available meeting times through the web interface rather than email. They can also then begin scheduling their own meetings!
ikordo is very clever. It uses the details you provided about the meeting to write emails to the people you want to attend the meeting. ikordo then uses natural language processing; this allows ikordo to understand the email responses received from your invitees. So, ikordo has an email conversation with everyone to find out when they are available and negotiate the best time and date for the meeting - just like a 'real' assistant would for you.
Yes you can. ikordo is intelligent and understands different time zones. So if you are in one country, and the people you are inviting are all over the world, ikordo will do its best to arrange a time when everyone is awake and available. You can also tell ikordo to set a preference on which time zone should be a priority to get the best results for a meeting.
Not at the moment. English is currently supported by ikordo. We do have plans in the future to send ikordo to a course to teach her some new languages.
